This year we are all very excited to be celebrating 30 years of commercial construction.
Manteena was in fact incorporated in 1976, so technically you could say we are in our 34th year; however, during our formative years Manteena was focused mainly on small scale residential housing projects.
In the early 80’s we won our first sizable commercial contract–McKay Gardens Professional Centre in Turner. The $1.3million development comprised of 16 units ranging in size from 48m2 to 79m2 and was built to suit the needs of medical, dental, legal and accounting professionals offering privacy for both patients and clients.
The single storey-units also included a sunken and paved central courtyard and were surrounded by shrubs and landscaped gardens incorporating secluded benches.
