Congratulations to Peter Jamieson who was named the 2010 Master Builders & Boral Excellence in Building Awards - Cadet of the Year.
This award caps off a tremendous 12 months for Peter, having previously taken out the ACT Australian Apprentice (Trainee) of the Year award.
It is fantastic to see Peter being recognised by the local construction industry for all his hard work, commitment, enthusiasm and dedication to learn during this early part of his career.
Manteena General Manager, Mark Bauer, said we are all very proud of Peter's achievements and also of the fact that Manteena has another member of our team being recognised in the local construction community.
"Our congratulations go to Peter and also to all those at Manteena who have worked with Peter and assisted him in his development", Mark said.
Peter is currently working in the team at the University of Canberra to deliver the UC Capital Works program.
