We believe that quality is achieved through the marriage of project goals and objectives, the involvement of qualified and skilled personnel, careful planning, suitable tools and procedures, a clear definition of job requirements and proper supervision.
Our office and site based staff are all equipped with 24 hour access to controlled documentation and project management tools to enable them to manage their roles and responsibilities to the highest possible degree from one secure reference point.
The Manteena Quality Management System houses policies, plans and procedures for use in the performance of work and designates organisational responsibility within a project team to ensure compliance with established requirements. Quality is verified through sound documentation, recording, monitoring, inspection, testing, review and audits of all work activities.
Manteena maintains Quality third party accreditation to the international standardISO 9001-2008.
