The Management team at Manteena is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all people in the workplace whether managers, supervisors, direct employees, consultants, contractors, superintendents or visitors and recognise it is the responsibility of everyone in the organisation to maintain workplace health and safety.

Safety is the responsibility of every employee at Manteena. No task will ever become so routine or so urgent that we fail to observe all our safety responsibilities. Reducing and where possible eliminating personal injury and damage to equipment and property shall remain our #1 priority.

Our OH&S systems are under continuous scrutiny both externally and from within. This constant review is designed to ensure continuous high standards of OH&S in the office environment and on site and to demonstrate continuous compliance to the requirements of the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner’s OH&S accreditation standards for which Manteena has full accreditation.

We strive to be an industry leader in safety and our commitment was recently acknowledged with a Commendation in the Safe Work ACT Awards for “Best Workplace Health & Safety Management System”.

Manteena maintains OH&S third party accreditation to the Australian standard
AS 4801-2001.
