Company Initiatives

Manteena places great importance on having a workplace that fosters creativeness, openness and well-being within the company environment. As a result, we have a number of company initiatives designed to build a positive workplace environment. This includes:

• an active social club, which organise regular events throughout the year;
• a planned learning and development program, so staff can work toward their professional goals;
• supported study assistance;
• regular health & well-being activities such as walking group, running group, social squash or the Hawkesbury Canoe Classic; and
• employee health checks.
