Manteena’s experience in heritage buildings within the parliamentary triangle has been called for again with the appointment of Manteena Security as the Managing Contractor for the Lighting and HVAC upgrades at the Museum of Australian Democracy – Old Parliament House.
The works, which will be delivered in 2 phases, aims to improve building energy efficiency: replacing end-of-life, inoperable and unserviceable heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment; and enhance the lighting throughout the building, including exhibition areas, by installing energy efficient LED lighting.
Works onsite are expected to commence early 2019.
