Manteena Cadet Rotation Program

Build your future in construction.

Participants in Manteena’s Cadet Rotation Program are given the opportunity to learn all aspects of a construction project whilst completing formal studies through the University of Canberra or an apprenticeship through CIT.

You’ll be assigned to various mentors on-site to learn from some of the best construction and project managers in the industry, to help further develop your practical knowledge of construction.

The program includes stints in estimating, site supervision, project management, administration and labouring. Upon completion, our cadets graduate with a well-rounded skill set and clarity regarding the role best suited to them within the industry.
