HELPING TO BUILD A STRONGER COMMUNITY

Giving back to the community we live and work in
At Manteena, we’re big on giving back to the community we live and work in. That’s why we’re proud to contribute sponsorships, donations, expertise and materials to a number of charities in the Canberra region.

Here are just a few of the charitable initiatives we’ve gotten involved with in recent times:

  • Ricky Stuart House – Construction of the house provides short term respite for families with children with disability.
  • Ricky Stuart Teen House – Construction of the house provides short term respite for families with teenage children with disability.
  • Ted Noffs Foundation – in partnership with Tennis ACT, we organise free weekly cardio/tennis sessions for socially disadvantaged and disconnected young people who are undergoing drug and alcohol rehabilitation. Tennis provides the physical activity component of the rehabilitation program.
  • Black Mountain School – Sensory Garden
  • Lifeline – Office fitouts
  • Pegasus Riding for the Disabled ACT – Equipment Shed & Sensory Garden
  • University of Canberra – Futuro House relocation

We also support:

  • Construction Industry Training Centre

  • Construction & Property Services Industry Skills Council

  • National Association of Women in Construction

  • Vikings Rugby Group

  • Canberra Rowing Club

  • Tennis ACT

  • Pegasus Riding School

  • Karinya House for Mothers & Babies

  • Heart Foundation

  • Cancer Council “Biggest Morning Tea”

  • Movember

  • Vinnies “CEO Sleepout”

  • RSPCA “Cupcake Day”

While we can’t make any promises, we’re always happy to hear from organisations seeking support through a sponsorship.
