Manteena was engaged as the Prinicpal Contractor for the construction of the new Fire & Rescue Station, located at 1 Russell Street, Albion Park by NSW Public Works, on behalf of Fire and Rescue NSW.

The development includes building works within the site as well as new vehicular access.

The construction consisted of the following components: Fire & Rescue Station consisting of two main areas – Amenities Section and Engine Bay Area External Hardstand for the Drill Yard and internal parking lots. Landscaping, including fences, gates, and an external Storm Water channel which is to be completed as part of the early works package. All works including: Hydraulic Services, Electrical Services, Fire Protection Services & Security Services.

Works were completed in 28 weeks.
