This state of the art security facility includes two briefing rooms, a communications suite, access point, control room and equipment rooms. It provides users with the capability to communicate in ‘real time’ with other decision makers, including Commonwealth, State and Territory personnel; plus secure video conferencing for communications with diplomatic posts and international foreign leaders.

The briefing room was a significantly challenging project requiring Manteena to attain and deliver all security and acoustic provisions for a state-of-the-art communications facility, whilst adhering to the over arching parameters and design intent within its location in one of Australia’s premier buildings.

Subsequently, Manteena demonstrated a high level of technical innovation in the coordination, design resolution and installation of the services due to many architectural, acoustic and security requirements.

The final construction accurately reflects the architect’s design intent, the stakeholder’s high technical requirements and our client’s need for functional space. In the long term, users will enjoy this facility that fulfils all requirements and allows them to quickly respond to any crisis or emergency.
