Manteena was engaged as the builder for the construction of a new French-Chateau inspired home on a former Mr Fluffy block.

Inspired by the client’s passion for Art, Architecture and Design which originates from their rich Italian culture, the home integrates classical room hierarchy and modern open plan architecture, with significant detailing in the façade hinting to the design detail awaiting inside.

The residence features a stunning spiral designed staircase which makes an instant impression upon entering the home, alongside Formal Lounge and Dining Rooms. Beyond the Formal Rooms, an open plan kitchen, meals and living space captures the Northern Sunlight and connects directly to the Alfresco and pool areas.

The wrought iron balustrade to the balcony ties in with other internal and external elements of the home.

The master suite is hidden behind the open plan living space, creating a private sanctuary, away from the guest bedroom, and kids bedrooms situated upstairs

Custom joinery and natural stone features throughout the home, alongside intricate mouldings in the formal areas, adding to the classical style of the home.

Home automation is a key element of the home, connecting all key elements in a single device. AV features are significant in the Alfresco, rumpus, lounge and living areas, making the home an entertainer’s dream.

Decorative lighting is also featured heavily throughout and linked to the same home automation system.
