When you get a chance to build your dream home, the resulting home has to be special. One-of-a-kind. An extraordinary statement of architecture and design. So, when the time comes, choose a builder who specialises in making dream homes come true – Manteena Residential.
Real dream homes don’t come pre-packaged. That’s why we always start with a conversation and some sketches on paper, and ultimately finish with a bespoke, architecturally designed home that’s been fully customised for you. And even if your ideas create complex building problems, we’ll tackle those challenges head on.
We’re all about collaboration. Project Manager, Danny Agnello, will be your point of contact throughout the building process. It’s Danny’s job is to ensure you and our team are on the same page, to understand the kind of home you’re wanting to build, and to work with you to realise the dream.
You’ll also benefit from Manteena’s commercial building experience, bringing a finely honed discipline to bear on your project’s budget, schedule and overall quality of build.
Manteena Residential generally take on builds exuding in high-end quality but delivering value in spades. That’s because we’re focused on the final built product and producing a home that we can both be immensely proud of, and that’s how you know that when you hire Manteena Residential, we’ll be building something special together.
We can help you with selecting the best inclusions and brands for your new home – or you can choose the yourself. Our collaborative approach means we’re flexible.
Tell us your budget and we’ll help you squeeze the most out of every cent. And there are no hidden costs or other nasty surprises.
Deadlines are important to us – we stick to them.
Our network of contractors means we always have access to specific expertise, like pre-cast and form concrete, rammed earth, structural steel, basements, and flooring.
We’re a customer-friendly building company – we pride ourselves on it. So, in the spirit of our collaborative approach with our customers, we offer you a number of options as to how you’d like to work with us. In the first instance we always ask one simple question, and this gets us started in the right direction.
Choose an option below.
Perfect…now let’s finalise a price for you. We’ll give you a lump sum price to perform the works as per your plans – with no hidden costs. What we quote is what you’ll pay – unless you choose to add further inclusions as the project progresses (which is all ok).
We’ll provide a detailed programme of works, including contingencies, with a firm end date. This way, you can make all the necessary plans for finance, storage or relocation to your new home, knowing that your new home will be ready on the date we’ve committed to.
We’ll handle the approvals.
Then after we sign contracts – let’s get on with the build.
No problem at all…our friendly team is here to help take the lead and guide you through the entire process from start to finish. Here’s a snapshot of how process usually works:
